She travelled with her professional partner Pierre and a cinematographer; Jimmy. Jimmy also took the footage from my article about Pierre. To get a well rounded picture, you might want to read this one too!

Doris became the foremost exponent of Latin Ballroom Dancing and received the Carl Allan Award in 1981 for her life work. She was widely acknowledged as the “Queen of Latin” and Pierre was the “Emperor”.
